Write it the way you would say it
Present tense, in your own words, as short as you like. An affirmation is not a note to self and it is not a quote from somebody else. It is a line you want to hear in your own head, so it should sound like something you would actually say.
The session
One after another
Each line is read, then a pause, then the next. The pause is part of it, so it is set per line rather than rushed through.
Your pace
Slow, steady or brisk, chosen per affirmation. The one you say slowly is rarely the one you say briskly.
In order or shuffled
Shuffle is fixed for the day, so a session you paused and came back to carries on rather than starting somewhere new.
It counts
Finishing a sitting records the day, and the days add up into a streak alongside your other habits in Achieve.
It stays on your device
Your device does the reading, so it works with no connection at all and nothing you wrote is sent anywhere to be spoken. That matters more here than almost anywhere else in Favist, because of what people write.
