Favist respects creators and copyright.

Favist is a place to curate and share the things you love. It is built, from the ground up, to work with the people who make that work — artists, studios, authors, publishers, podcasters, and the platforms that license them.

We don't host the content — we point to the source

Favist does not upload, copy, rip, or stream copyrighted music, video, or audiobooks. When you play or open something, it happens through the official players and links of licensed services — Apple Music, YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and others — on their infrastructure and under their terms. Favist is the menu, not the kitchen: a discovery and curation layer that takes you to the legitimate source.

Our catalog data comes from official sources

Titles, cover art, and links are drawn from official provider catalogs and APIs and used within their terms of service. We surface what's already published, and we link straight back to where it lives.

We grow the pie for creators

Every Favist list is a recommendation engine pointed at the original source. Sharing on Favist drives streams, views, sales, and new fans to the rights holders — discovery that helps creators get found and get paid. That alignment is the whole point: when creators win, Favist wins.

We act fast on rights holders' requests

We honor the rights of copyright owners. If you are a rights holder and believe something on Favist should be addressed, contact us at copyright@favist.ai and we will review and respond promptly, including removing infringing user-submitted content. Users agree, in our Terms, not to post infringing material, and we remove it when notified.

Built to be a good partner

We welcome conversations with platforms, labels, and creators who want to reach engaged fans. If that's you, reach out at partnerships@favist.ai— we'd love to build something together.
