Each ambassador seat is a line item in our marketing budget. If your reach + engagement out-performs paid ads at the same spend, you keep your seat and we expand the tier.
Quarterly performance review
We track referrals, attributable signups, content velocity, sentiment, and community. Underperforming seats are reassigned — fairly and with notice.
Regional & niche seats
